    Your pet portrait will take 7-10 days to be completed. We'll send you a digital proof to review before we print and ship it out.

Can I order a pet portrait of any type of animal?

Yes! We are happy to create a custom portrait of any animal. Whether your pet is furry, scaly, or feathered, we’re happy to capture their unique essence in kawaii style!

Can I include multiple pets in one portrait?

Please reach out to us directly by submitting an inquiry on our contact from below with your custom commission request for multiple pets. Include the number of pets and what type of animals they each are. We will get back to you with a custom quote.

How long will it take to receive my custom pet portrait?

  • Average Illustrating Time: 7-14 Days
  • Shipping Time: 3-10 Days
  • Average Total Fulfillment Time: 10-30 Days

After we receive your order and the complete required information about your pet (e.g. 2-3 photos, name), we will begin illustrating their custom portrait.

We will send you a digital proof for you to review and approve before the portrait is sent to print.

Total fulfillment time may range between 10-30 days so please plan ahead if you are sending a custom pet portrait as a gift! 

P.S. During busy seasons (such as the holidays), it may take us a bit longer than our typical processing time but we will keep you posted with updates. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Will I get to see my custom pet portrait before it is delivered?

Yes, we will send you a digital proof before we get your custom portrait printed. Because each piece of artwork is entirely original and takes time to create, we may be able to make some minor revisions but will not accept any major revisions at this step of the process. Once we have your approval, we will have your portrait printed and shipped.

Can I get a refund for my pet portrait?

Because every pet portrait is a complete custom piece of art made just for you, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds. If you are not satisfied with your pet portrait, please reach out to us individually and we will do our best to come up with a solution.
