Yes! We are happy to create a custom portrait of any animal. Whether your pet is furry, scaly, or feathered, we’re happy to capture their unique essence in kawaii style!

Can I include multiple pets in one portrait?

Please reach out to us directly by submitting an inquiry on our contact from with your custom commission request for multiple pets!

How long will it take to receive my custom pet portrait?

  • Average Illustrating/Processing Time: 7-10 Days (depending on how busy we are!)
  • Shipping Time: 3-10 Days
  • Total Fulfillment Time: 10-20 Days

After we receive your order and the complete required information about your pet (e.g. 2-3 photos, name), it will take an average of 7-10 days for us to complete the illustration. Sometimes during busy seasons, it may take us a bit longer. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

We will send you a digital proof for you to review and approve before the portrait is sent to print.

Depending on the shipping service that you select, it may take an additional 3-10 days for your print to arrive at your specified delivery address. 

Total fulfillment time may range between 10-30 days so please plan ahead if you are sending a custom pet portrait as a gift! 

Will I get to see my custom pet portrait before it is delivered?

Yes, we will send you a digital proof before we get your custom portrait printed. Because each piece of artwork is entirely original and takes time to create, we may be able to make some minor revisions but will not accept any major revisions at this step of the process. Once we have your approval, we will have your portrait printed and shipped.

Can I get a refund for my pet portrait?

Because every pet portrait is a complete custom piece of art made just for you, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds. If you are not satisfied with your pet portrait, please reach out to us individually and we will do our best to come up with a solution.
